All registration fees are subject to 21% VAT unless you are a registered business and have a valid VAT number from Italy.
VAT numbers from Italy begin with IT and are followed by 11 digits (example IT12345678901)
These VAT numbers will be checked and if they are invalid VAT will be applied to the registration fees.

* This registration type is for a Non Medical Delegates such as a Practice Manager. Doctors who wish to register for the congress should be registered under the heading of either Members of EURETINA or Non Members.

Cancellations must be made in writing and a cancellation fee of 20% will be incurred. Refunds will be processed after the Meeting.

Registration Information

Delegates will receive a confirmation by email when they have registered and payment has been accepted. Before the conference all registered delegates will receive another confirmation by email with a barcode and any course tickets purchased. These documents must be printed out and brought to the congress desk to receive their name badge and congress materials.

Online Registration will remain open up to and during the Meeting to assist all registrations. However the option for bank transfer payments will not be available after the 30th of August 2012 unless otherwise agreed with the Registration Department.

If you are a Non Member but would like to avail of the Member rate you can register as a Member and then contact the Membership Manager to request a Membership form: You can also check your Membership status by sending an email to that address.

If you register as a Member and you do not have a valid Membership Account, we will correct your registration package and charge you accordingly.

The Member Rate Registration Fee is for Doctors who are members of EURETINA. Non members may select this fee provided the membership form is completed and fully paid before the congress. The Non Member Rate Registration Fee is for Doctors who are not members of EURETINA.

The Healthcare Professional Registration Fee is for Non Medical Delegates such as a Practice Manager. This Fee is not for Exhibitors or Distribution Companies or Industry personnel, if you are an Exhibitor or Industry you must contact the exhibition department to register. Group Registration Information

Online Registration is available for Individuals and Group Registrations. If you are making a group booking please fill in your company information on the first contact information page, this will be used for the Invoice. There will be space provided later for the delegate’s information to be entered.

For Group bookings the system will allow you to purchase registration passes without entering the delegate’s information. This facility will allow the company to order registrations while they are collecting the delegates contact information. You can log into your account at anytime to add the names and addresses.

For each Delegate Registration we must have an individual email address. The email address is the unique identifier for each registration so we cannot accept company email addresses for delegate registrations.

Company representatives cannot pick up congress materials for delegates onsite. Each Delegate must collect their own, Name Badge and Delegate Bag at the Pre- Registration Desk.

Payment Information

Registration payments can be made online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and by Bank Transfer. Credit Card charges will show as ‘Event Registration’ on your statement

If you choose to make the payment by Bank Transfer, you must send in a copy of the Bank Transfer Receipt by email to or by fax to 00353 1 2091112. You must include your Name and Registration ID on the receipt. If you are from a Company, please list your Company Name and the Names of the Registered Delegates on the receipt.

All Bank Transfer payments must be received within 8 days of making the Registration booking to complete the registration. If we do not receive notification of the payment the registration may be cancelled.
