The Organiser is the European Society of Retina Specialists (EURETINA). The Exhibitor is the company that completes and submits the application for booth space. All communication regarding exhibition space must be channelled through the EURETINA Exhibition Department and orders for exhibition space will only be accepted online via the NICE Exhibitor Resource Centre (ERC).
The rate per square metre in the exhibition area is €600 and this covers the cost of booth space only. Technical information and details of shell schemes and other services will be made available online to all registered Exhibitors during April 2015. The minimum booth space rental is 6sqm unless prior written agreement has been made with the Organiser.
