I recommend “The Confidence Code”, one the most relatable books I have read recently. It addresses one of the most important issues for women today. The authors explain why we, as women, tend to have less confidence and how we can improve it through practical examples from influential female role models.
There is some fascinating cutting edge research implemented, that is really eye opening: from biology, genetics through culture and environmental factors.
2. Invisible Women by Caroline Criado Perez

“Invisible women” is a really interesting book about how data is being utilized in our society in a way that is biased against women. We can see this in every aspect of our lives: the office, our home, our healthcare system, etc. It can really change our perspective on research and how we interpret the world around us and that’s why I recommend that women read this book.
