Thank you for your interest in covering the 25^th Euretina Congress – the world’s largest retina meeting – to be held from 4 – 7 September 2025 in Paris, France. Please note the additional event taking place immediately preceding the Congress on 3 September: the Euretina Innovation Spotlight (EIS).

Press Accreditation, Registration & Policies

Regulations

• Any media outlet or press representative (journalist, videographer, photographer, etc.) wishing to attend Euretina 2025 must adhere to the Euretina Media and Embargo Policy.
• Euretina and/or affiliated trademarks and logos are the property of Euretina. They may not be used, reproduced or associated with any article or press release without prior written permission of Euretina.
• Euretina does not make its press database, or registration lists, available to third parties.

Accreditation, Registration and Access

To receive a press badge for Euretina 2025, media representatives must register as press online or onsite at the Congress. Registration will be confirmed and access to the Congress allowed following the review, validation and confirmation of submitted credentials (i.e. valid press card or letter of assignment).

Members of the press may attend the Congress programme on a complimentary basis. Press registration is free and includes access to the hybrid Congress, including scientific sessions and exhibition.

Embargo Policy

Embargoed materials as well as results and information related to sessions at Euretina 2025 are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed before the lifting of the embargo dates and information outlined below. Abstracts will be published on the website.

AV Recording Policy

• Filming, photography and audio recording within the Palais des Congrès is allowed only following advance permission. Without this permission, filming/photographing/recording will only be permitted outside the main entrance of the Palais des Congrès.
• Please contact the Euretina Communications and Marketing team at [email protected] if you wish to carry out any recording.
• Any film/photo/recording shall only be used for information and communication purposes and must mention the source of the material.
• Flash photography and additional lighting at scientific presentations and plenary sessions are strictly prohibited. Euretina 2025 personnel may interrupt any filming deemed disruptive or hazardous.
• Embargo: The embargo is lifted on the first day of the conference, on 4th September 2025 at 8am.
