Trainee Member (under 40 years of age) – A discount is available for trainees who are currently in a residency programme, are members of EURETINA and are under 40 years of age. Verification documentation is required, written in English, and must be uploaded during the registration process for approval along with photo ID/proof of date of birth. Trainee Non-Member (under 40 years of age) – A discount is available for trainees who are currently in a residency programme, are NOT members of EURETINA and are under 40 years of age. Allied Healthcare Professional – Optometrists, practice managers, PhDs, MBAs, healthcare administrators, office support staff and ophthalmic photographers. Doctors and Commercial representatives can NOT avail of this fee. Verification in the form of a work identification or a letter written in English from your employer must be uploaded during the registration process for approval.

Ophthalmic Nurse/Technician – Ophthalmic nurses, technicians, assistants and orthoptists. Verification in the form of a work ID or a verification letter, written in English, from your hospital is required and must be uploaded during the registration process for approval.

Corporate – Commercial representatives and corporate personnel of companies not exhibiting who have a legitimate educational or business reason for attending, but do not have a product or service to exhibit. No solicitation is permitted. Employees of exhibiting companies are not entitled to pay this fee and must register via the relevant contact from their company.

EURETINA Member Group A: current members of EURETINA and from countries classified in group A by Research4Life are entitled to register in this category. 

EURETINA Member Group B: current members of EURETINA and from countries classified in group B by Research4Life are entitled to register in this category.

The payment methods offered are credit card (AMEX, MasterCard or Visa) and bank transfer (invoice). However, payment by bank transfer is only possible until 21 August 2025, 23:59 CEST. For each transaction, a 3% non-refundable handling fee will be charged.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.

To register a third-party, please click here and select “Start Individual Registration” log in or create an account with your email address and password. Do not use someone else’s credentials Select “Start Individual Registration” and “3rd party registration”. After having clicked on “Add”, enter the email address of your guest as well as the name and address details and continue with the registration. This way you are the registration owner (contact person), the registration invoice is sent to you exclusively.

To proceed with your group registration, please log in / create a profile here.

Once logged in, please click on the tab “group registration“. The first step is to buy a contingent by selecting the number of required registration tickets per category. You will receive a confirmation / invoice by email.

Payment can either be done by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Amex) or bank transfer. A different invoice address can be added separately.

Individual participant’s data can be entered under “add participants“. You can either add them one by one or upload the name list.

To upload the name list, please click on “import” and “get template“. Please fill in the excel file, all columns marked with an * are mandatory. You can then “upload” it to import the data.

To register your delegates, the following data is required for every participant:

• Email address (please use a valid and unique email address per person)
• First and last name
• Country
• Proof of status if the registration category requires it (e.g., Trainees, Allied Healthcare Professionals or Ophthalmic Nurses/Technicians)
• Prescriber information (are you qualified to prescribe? Yes/No)

Once the entry of participant data is completed, the registration tickets need to be allocated to the participants (click on “Distribution” to allocate the tickets).

It is possible to purchase registrations without having all group members’ details prior to the early bird deadline. However, by 20 August 2025 at 23:59 CEST, you must enter/ upload your group members’ details and assign all purchased registrations via your group registration account.

Registration confirmations can be sent to your guests in your group account. Please click on “group registration” and “registration confirmations“. The registration team will send no confirmations to your guests.

• Early Bird Registrations: 29 July 2025, 23.59 CEST.
• Late Fee Registrations: 3 September 2025, 23.59 CEST.
• Onsite Fee Registrations: From 4 September 2025.

All cancellations must be sent to [email protected]. Participants have the right to cancel the registration within 14 days of the conclusion of the agreement, i.e., from the receipt of our registration invoice email. The right of withdrawal is lost if the participant attends the congress before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

Name changes to an existing registration are possible. A handling fee of €50 will be charged per request. Requests must be sent to [email protected] including the name of the participant that cancels as well as the name and email address of the new participant. Requests will only be accepted by email and until 3 September 2025.

Correction of spelling mistakes or swapping first and last name due to incorrect submission will be charged with €10.

An invitation letter to support the visa application can be obtained after completing the Congress registration. The document can be personalized with the passport details of the participant. A visa invitation letter can be requested in the registration account, tab “visa letter”.

We recommend planning sufficient time for the visa application process. Please note that the visa application is the sole responsibility of the participant. EURETINA or Congrex Switzerland Ltd. as registration agency have no influence on the visa process.

No invitation letter is available for virtual participants. 

Press members are invited to join the Congress free of charge. A proof of status (copy from your valid Press ID) needs to be uploaded during registration.
