It’s been five years since Euretina’s first survey on this topic helped inform the Women in Retina programme. We are now refreshing that feedback to better understand the experiences, views and needs of our community today.

By hearing directly from retina specialists, trainees, researchers, and industry colleagues across the field, we can build a clearer picture of the challenges that exist, the supports that are needed, and the practical steps Euretina can take to help create a more inclusive and equitable profession.
