After 7 years in the position, Professor Sebastian Wolf has stepped down as Editor-in-Chief of Ophthalmologica (since end of 2021). We would like to thank him for his dedication to the journal in the last years.
His successor is Professor Martin Zinkernagel from University Hospital Bern, Switzerland. He has been active as the Handling Editor for all submissions since January 1st 2022.
