The X-Files: A mystery case with X-Files ingredients of horror, drama and some science (fiction).
Case Summary:
A case with an acute onset of visual acuity loss in the right eye, with flecks, flickering of light, blue colored light flashes and worsening through physical exertion will be presented. Multimodal imaging results will be shown and through a multidisciplinary approach the surprising diagnosis will be revealed. A true mystery case with X-Files ingredients of horror, drama and some science (fiction).
