We look forward to welcoming you to the Euretina Special Focus Meeting on Ocular Endotamponades, to be held on 15 March in Athens, Greece. Please find details of the registration process and fees below.

Registration Types 

Delegate – Available to EURETINA Members, Non-Members, Researchers, Nurse/Technicians, Allied Healthcare Professionals.

Trainee – Available to persons in training. A proof of status (work confirmation written by head of department) in English language needs to be uploaded during registration as pdf or jpg.

Corporate – Available for staff of a pharmaceutical company. A proof of status (copy of business card or work confirmation written by head of department) in English language needs to be uploaded during registration as pdf or jpg.

How to register (individual)

Registration Fees and Payment

The payment method offered is credit card (AMEX, MasterCard or Visa). For each transaction, a 3% non-refundable handling fee will be charged. Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.

Third Party Registration

To register a third-party, please log in or create a conference account. Do not use someone else’s credentials. After logging-in please click on ‘individual registration’ and start the registration process.

You will be asked if you would like to register yourself or someone else. Please click on ‘someone else’ and enter the email address of your guest as well as the name and address details and continue with the registration. This way you are the registration owner (contact person), the registration invoice is sent to you exclusively.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent to [email protected]. Participants have the right to cancel the registration within 14 days of the conclusion of the agreement, i.e., from the receipt of our registration invoice email. The right of withdrawal is lost if the participant attends the congress before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

Name changes to an existing registration are possible. A handling fee of €50 will be charged per request. Requests must be sent to [email protected] including the name of the participant that cancels as well as the name and email address of the new participant. Requests will only be accepted by email and until 10 March 2025.

Correction of spelling mistakes or swapping first and last name due to incorrect submission will be charged with €10.
