For the best possible Congress experience, connect from a laptop or PC. You can use a mobile phone or device, but due to the size of the screen, your Congress experience may be diminished. Please note that multiple simultaneous connections using the same login details is not possible.

To participate in the virtual congress and to access the web content, you need an Internet-enabled device with a browser and a speaker. Basically, all common operating systems, browsers (e.g. Firefox, Chrome or Edge) and mobile devices are supported. Please ensure that the latest versions of operating systems and browsers are installed. The Internet download speed should be at least 5 Mbit/s, which is generally guaranteed by the vast majority of WLAN connections. In public WLAN networks (e.g. in ICE trains), the Internet speed may not be sufficient.

Please note that multiple simultaneous connections using the same login details is not possible.

There will not be an Exhibition on the virtual meeting platform.  There will be an exhibition at the in-person Congress in Amsterdam.  However, on the virtual platform you can see a list of Exhibitors who will be participating in the Congress and a description of what products they offer in case you want to contact them directly.

If you are attending in person in Amsterdam, you can visit the EURETINA Booth to become a member or discuss the benefits of becoming a member. Alternatively, please email [email protected].

You can ask a question in every session by clicking on the Q&A tab on the screen. Many sessions will have a dedicated question and answer discussion period at the end of the session.
